Sarah’s passion is to help people to move more easily and to lead more active lives, no matter what their current abilities are.

She achieves this by assisting people to make small and large improvements that increases their function and improves their lives.

Sarah has 25 years of experience as a physio and has worked in various states in Australia. She has also worked for 15 years across the United Kingdom as both a clinican and in Therapy Management positions.

Her varied and vast experience has encompassed working in private physio clinics, public and private hospitals in all areas of physio including: orthopaedics, neurology, oncology, musculoskeletal, amputees, spinal cord injuries, paediatrics, hydrotherapy, community, respiratory in both the acute and rehabilitation settings.

Sarah’s priority is individualised therapy treatment working together with people to achieve the goals that are important to them.

Sarah possesses a strong combination of various physio techniques, soft tissue release, manual therapy, dry needling/acupuncture, exercise and functional rehabilitation prescription and re-education. Home exercises are prescribed to help people REACH Physio goals faster.

In addition to her Physiotherapy degree qualification, Sarah is a qualified Cancer Rehabilitation Therapist, Bobath trained, Myofascial Release (MFR-UK) Therapist, GLA:D Training Instructor provider, Postural Stability Instructor (PSI) (Falls and Balance), Hydrotherapy instructor, Kid’s Yoga Teacher, Pilates trained and has completed post graduate university studies in Respiratory Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Improving Health (Health Promotion).

Sarah’s other interests include playing tennis, coaching netball, running and yoga.
